Job summary

American Jereh International Corporation, based in Houston, TX, seeks a Procurement Specialist (EPC Services) to own commercial procurement for North American EPC projects. You will define scopes, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts to establish a reliable local EPC supply chain.

You will build and manage a contractor pool for design institutes, EPC contractors, and construction subcontractors, conduct pre-screenings, issue RFQs, and lead negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, quantity surveying, business, supply chain, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a North American contractor pool for EPC services.
• Conduct qualification, track-record, financial, and compliance pre-screening.
• Issue RFQs and tender documents for engineering and construction services.
• Lead lump-sum pricing and unit pricing negotiations, milestones, bonds, insurance, changes and claims.
• Draft, review, and execute contracts and subcontracts.
• Administer post-award commercial matters including progress payments, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Track North American labor rates, contractor capacity, and price trends.
• Coordinate with project, engineering, finance, and legal teams to close commercial issues.
