Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Project Management Coordinator to support EPC projects. Based in the Eastern Time Zone, the role involves guiding project timelines, coordinating with customers, vendors and subcontractors, and keeping stakeholders updated on progress and risks.

The position requires 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with a focus on accuracy and proactive communication. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of inside sales or project coordination experience, strong Excel

Qualifications

Experience in industrial inside sales or similar experience (3–5 years preferred).
Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality output.
Ability to interpret and evaluate commercial and technical specifications.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PDF software.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the Project Manager throughout the project lifespan.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, contractors, and owners to ensure on time delivery.
Develop and manage multiple project schedules.
Monitor progress of overall construction activities.
Be on calls with management to review job site issues, work schedules, sub-contractor performance, and workflow efficiency.
Organize and schedule regular vendor meetings with updates on deliveries and documentation.
