Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced EPC Quotations Coordinator to join our Industrial Managed Services team. You will develop competitive quotations aligned with project specs and customer expectations, working 40 hours a week, Monday–Friday.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years' quotations or inside sales experience, strong Excel/Office 365 skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience with quotations or inside sales
• Advanced proficiency with Office 365 including Excel, Outlook, and Teams
• Excellent attention to detail and quality output
• Self-motivated with strong team and goal orientation
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Advanced oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Review and understand plans and specifications to ensure quoted materials meet project requirements
• Develop competitive quotations according to local market strategy
• Maintain profitable margins using preferred sourcing methods
• Engage with Vendors to negotiate and obtain pricing in a timely manner
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers for accurate follow-up
