Job summary

Ferguson Industrial is seeking an EPC Quotations Coordinator to join our Industrial Managed Services team. The role supports our EPC business by developing competitive quotations aligned with project specs and customer expectations.

The selected candidate will work 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate quotation details and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience with quotations or inside sales required.
• Previous EPC business knowledge preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Office 365, including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality output.
• Self-motivated, team and goal oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and understand plans and specifications to ensure quoted materials meet project requirements.
• Develop competitive quotations according to local market strategy.
• Maintain profitable margins by using preferred sourcing methods.
• Engage with vendors to negotiate and obtain pricing promptly.
• Establish positive relationships with internal and external customers for accurate follow-up.
• Ensure accurate follow-up and documentation of quotation details.
