Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in Program/Project Management within Large and Complex Projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Tendering Teams to support major pursuits and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define Project Statements of Work (SOWs) and develop proposals and execution strategies.
• Provide Operational Support to project teams focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in regular program and project reviews, including external business reviews with customers.
• Mentor Project Managers and provide direct interface on projects to enhance team performance.
