Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager to join our cross‑business unit execution team in the United States. You will manage teams, budgets, and risks while driving efficiency and ensuring every project exceeds expectations.

You will collaborate with Sales and Tendering on major pursuits, define SOWs, provide operational support for the most complex customer projects, and lead program reviews with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Advanced engineering degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of demonstrated success in Program/Project Management within Large and Complex Projects.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Tendering Teams to support major pursuits and align with strategic objectives.
• Define Project Statements of Work (SOWs): Develop high-quality proposals and execution strategies.
• Provide Operational Support for complex customer-facing projects, focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure Project Success through risk management, planning, and claims.
• Lead Reviews with customers and internal stakeholders to monitor progress.
• Mentor Project Managers and provide direct interface on projects to boost team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in profitability, tendering practices, and project planning.
