Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead a diverse project portfolio across business units. You will work with Project Managers, Sales Leaders, and Sponsors to align objectives, manage budgets, risks, and deliver profitable outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to operate in a geographically dispersed environment. Travel up to 25% may be required, with a focus on driving operational excellence and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field; advanced degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in Program/Project Management within Large and Complex Projects across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Tendering Teams to support major pursuits and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Define Project Statements of Work (SOWs) and develop proposals with value propositions.
• Provide operational support for complex, customer-facing projects focusing on profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Emphasize risk management, planning, and timely delivery of project outcomes.
• Lead and participate in regular program/project reviews, including external business reviews with customers.
• Coach and mentor Project Managers and interface directly on projects to boost team performance.
