Job summary

AEP Service Corporation seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex EPC and CCGT programs in a matrix environment, delivering on safety, cost, schedule, and performance objectives. You will guide planning, execution, and stakeholder communications across internal teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure project success.

The role emphasizes leadership, risk management, and alignment with AEP project management standards, with extensive interaction across multiple business units

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements aligned to advanced-level PM roles.
• Experience in project management, major construction, and project controls.
• Knowledge of cost estimating, scheduling, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and manage project activities.
• Lead stakeholder communications and project updates.
• Ensure safety and compliance with AEP standards and PMI practices.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Travel as required up to 50% for project sites.
