Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the United States to lead complex Prefab Customer projects from initiation to closeout. You will own scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms while coordinating with internal manufacturing, field services, and third‑party vendors.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and financial acumen to deliver integrated electrical enclosures, HVAC or fire and gas systems, and related services on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree required.
• BS degree in an Engineering discipline preferred.
• PMP (PMI), CPMP/CPMA SE Internal Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the project scope, schedule, cost, and contract terms with the customer, including risks and technical/commercial elements.
• Develops and maintains project organization, schedule, risk register, and communicates with the customer and internal teams.
• Monitors project execution through kick-offs, schedule adherence, and information exchange; drives risk and change management.
• Leads monitoring and control of project performance, reports to stakeholders, and manages contract administration.
• Leads closeout including financial reconciliation, site readiness, and lessons learned; serves as primary customer contact.
• Utilizes Schneider Electric product knowledge to support effective project management.
