Job summary

Black & Veatch is seeking a seasoned Project/Program Manager to oversee medium to large Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) and service projects. You will manage day-to-day execution, staff diverse multi-discipline teams, and coordinate with clients and third-party partners to meet performance metrics, budgets, and schedules.

The role supports a hybrid work environment with relocation eligibility, and emphasizes leadership, risk management, and high-quality deliverables in the energy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 15 years of experience in engineering, construction or project management.
• Experience in EPC/Power Industry; ability to manage medium-to-large projects.
• Must pass pre-employment onboarding requirements (background check, drug screen, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of contracted EPC scope.
• Staff project teams and coordinate activities with third-party vendors.
• Ensure risk, cost, schedule and quality targets are met; support contract negotiations.
