Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. in Wisconsin, a leading energy EPC, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to direct end-to-end EPC projects from development through handover.

You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality while building strong client relationships to drive growth. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in large-scale specialty construction, PMP (preferred), and proven ability to oversee feasibility, design reviews, procurement, and on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training and experience.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in managing large-scale specialty construction projects, including EPC project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage in early project development phases, including feasibility studies, site diligence, conceptual design, and cost estimation to determine viability.
• Collaborate with business development and engineering to prepare proposals, cost estimates, and schedules for EPC projects.
• Provide guidance on project strategy and risk during pre-contract activities.
• Lead planning, organization, and staffing of EPC projects with safety, quality, schedule, and budget in mind.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets with resource allocation and milestone tracking.
• Oversee engineering and design reviews, ensuring constructability and compliance with requirements.
• Manage procurement plans, RFPs, bids, and vendor performance to support on-time delivery.
• Oversee on-site construction activities with adherence to safety and quality standards.
