Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is hiring a Maintenance Technician to keep building interiors, grounds, amenities, and common areas in top condition. Responsibilities include diagnosing defects, performing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and codes.

The role also covers completing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, managing vendor coordination, inventory control, and documenting work orders to support efficient property operations.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance to meet safety and code requirements.
• Prepare vacant homes, create a punch list, schedule vendors and coordinate repairs.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify maintenance for re-orders.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling

State and Local certifications as required

Valid driver’s license to operate on property (golf cart)
