Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical and sales support for the Stroke Prevention portfolio, including Amplatzer, Amulet and LAA Occluder. The role trains interventional cardiologists, cath lab staff, and ancillary personnel on device use and offers technical procedure support.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent experience is required.
• 6+ years of cardiovascular work experience is required.
• Vendor credentialing including COVID-19 vaccination may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and sales support through education of current and potential customers.
• Train interventional cardiologists, catheter lab staff and ancillary personnel on Structural Heart products.
• Provide technical support to physicians during procedures and communicate product/clinical data to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement product marketing strategies based on market data.
