Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–6 years of experience to join a Jackson Hole-based team focusing on environmental and workplace safety, as well as complex commercial litigation. The role emphasizes high-caliber writing, research, and collaboration on cross-functional matters.

Ideal candidates will have litigation/regulatory experience from top firms; OSHA PSM or EPA RMP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in litigation and/or regulatory work from top-tier law firms.
• Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
• Experience with OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) or EPA Risk Management Program (RMP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality litigation and regulatory work across environmental, workplace safety, and complex commercial matters.
• Collaborate in a team setting on national and regional matters and regulatory actions.
