Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Hartford, CT is seeking an OSHA Associate to advise clients on workplace safety and health compliance under OSHA regulations and to manage related labor and employment matters.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school, have 3+ years of employment litigation experience with OSHA exposure, and be admitted to the state bar. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and teamwork skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience; OSHA experience required.
• Admitted to practice law in the relevant State Bar.

Responsibilities

• Support business partners on environmental and workplace safety compliance requirements.
• Manage outside counsel and vendors on global EH&S issues and create programmatic opportunities to address risk.
• Develop relationships with regulatory agencies and influence policy development.
• Handle litigation related to workplace safety and discrimination matters per OSHA regulations.
• Represent clients in negotiations and mediations.
• Provide crisis management for workplace safety and health matters.
