Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join our nationally ranked Energy, Environment and Natural Resources practice. The application window is anticipated to close on or after September 30, 2026.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of environmental law experience or a background in general litigation with mining/water rights interest.
• Administrative litigation and regulatory experience are a plus.
• Practical law school experience (law review, moot court, etc.) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Chambers-ranked partners and engage with federal and state agencies.
• Own matters with appropriate supervision, mentorship, and guidance.
• Excel in a high-stakes, fast-moving legal environment.
