Holland & Hart is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3‑6 years of experience to join a Jackson Hole‑based team of attorneys with overlapping practices in environmental and workplace safety, as well as complex commercial litigation. The team handles large consequential regulatory enforcement actions nationwide and high‑stakes disputes regionally and in Wyoming.
Holland & Hart’s compensation is merit‑based, evaluated on individual performance, achievements, and contributions to the team. Associates are eligible for a generous bonus program, fee splits, and are expected to invest 1,800 billable hours, 75 hours of pro‑bono or public service work (or 50 hours of pro‑bono legal work), and at least 25 hours dedicated to community‑building, diversity, and inclusion investment.
