Job summary

Holland & Hart LLP seeks a mid-level associate to join our Energy, Environment and Natural Resources practice, based in Nevada. You will collaborate with Chambers-ranked partners, engage with federal and state agencies, and build elite expertise in a high-stakes regulatory environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years of environmental law experience, familiarity with water rights and permitting, and a willingness to own matters with mentorship.

Qualifications

• Three to seven years of environmental law experience or regulatory background with mining interest.
• Ability to support litigation matters on federal/state permits.
• Teamwork, analytical skills, and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners and engage with federal/state agencies.
• Handle water rights, permitting reviews, and defend permits in litigation.
• Own matters with supervision, mentorship, and client interaction.
