Crystal Clean LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to generate new client business, strategize with clients on using the company’s assets, and drive profitable growth across territories.

You will engage with executives, perform market research, and maintain strong relationships with current customers while expanding the customer base. Travel to meet clients and manage CRM data to forecast trends.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of hazardous waste sales experience.
• Experience with RCRA and DOT is preferred.
• Knowledge of regional hazardous waste market, TSDFs and suppliers.

Mansioni

• Develop new business opportunities with Large Quantity Generators through strategic sales tactics.
• Maintain an active pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Present to leadership on new business opportunities and markets.
• Travel to visit potential and current customers and manage CRM activities.
• Support marketing initiatives and participate in industry trade shows.
