Job summary

Republic Services in Robstown, TX is seeking a Customer Support Supervisor for Environmental Solutions. The role leads a team of specialists, ensuring smooth handling of complex projects and regulatory-compliant disposal of waste.

You will collaborate with regulators, customers, sales and operations to deliver excellent service, coordinate transportation, and help grow client relationships while driving process improvements and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) and other applicable local, state, and federal regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Manages a team of Customer Support Specialists handling day-to-day aspects of complex projects and customer concerns.
• Interfaces with regulators, customers, salesforce, and operations to ensure smooth acceptance and disposal of waste.
• Monitors calls for quality and compliance with company policies; improves efficiency and processes.
• Develops work schedules, determines procedures, and expedites workflow to meet project timelines.
• Provides training and guidance to staff to achieve performance goals.
• Gathers information and completes audits from customers; drafts and revises contracts with attorneys.
