Job summary

Republic Services is seeking an Operations Lead to guide daily field operations for environmental services projects. This hands-on role leads crews, coordinates resources, and ensures safety and regulatory compliance on site while translating business priorities into execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and direct daily work activities to ensure safe, compliant and efficient waste handling operations.
• Support operations leaders by coordinating crews, equipment, materials and schedules to meet goals.
• Promote and enforce safety procedures and provide operational training and feedback.
• Oversee inventory, vendor coordination, and treatment facilities.
• Direct material receipt and off-loading operations and ensure proper waste processing.
