Job summary

The L&R Group, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding relationships with existing customers in an assigned territory.

The successful candidate will promote a broad portfolio of environmental, industrial, transportation, and emergency response services to commercial, industrial, and government clients, and will cross-sell multiple business lines while maintaining a strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience in environmental services, industrial services, waste management, transportation, or related markets.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage pipeline, activity, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing net-new customer accounts.
• Develop a strong pipeline to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Cross-sell the full portfolio of services including waste management and transportation.
