• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Conduct onsite visits to identify client needs and waste streams.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and service solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Cross-sell services across waste management, remediation, and transportation.
• Collaborate with operations and procurement teams to ensure accurate scoping and timing.
• Maintain disciplined CRM usage and forecast opportunities.
