Job summary

GRAYMAR Environmental Services LLC is looking for a Business Development Manager in Birmingham, AL to drive revenue growth. You will identify new opportunities, expand existing relationships, and promote our environmental, industrial, transportation, and emergency response offerings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of outside B2B sales, a safety-first mindset, strong pipeline development, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling to industrial, manufacturing, or government clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with environmental services and compliance needs is a plus.
• CRM usage to manage pipeline and forecasting is required.

Responsibilities

• Generate new revenue by prospecting, qualifying, and closing net-new accounts.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to meet or exceed targets.
• Conduct onsite visits to identify customer needs and service opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, pricing, and solutions aligned with requirements.
• Cross-sell services across waste management, remediation, and transportation.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and collaborate with teams.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/environmental science

3+ years outside B2B sales experience
