Job summary

SET Environmental Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services Specialist to coordinate daily field service and transportation jobs, assist in emergency responses, and manage waste profiling and manifesting.

The role supports the sales team by pricing disposal options and qualifying leads, while ensuring customer needs are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate has a 4-year degree in science or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and proficient computer use.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be detail oriented with solid problem-solving abilities.
• 4-year degree or 4+ years in a team environment with customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field service and transportation jobs.
• Assist in coordinating emergency responses with other SET departments.
• Provide waste profiling, manifesting and management.
• Provide disposal site pricing to the sales department.
• Assist in qualifying incoming leads and direct to appropriate salesperson.
• Attend to customer needs and calls promptly.
• Perform daily customer service responsibilities.
• Work closely with the sales department to offer transportation and disposal options.
• Recommend services by collecting customer information and analyzing needs.
• Collaborate with operational groups and designated sales reps.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
