Job summary

SET Environmental Inc is seeking a Major Program Lead in Wheeling, IL to oversee large-scale field operations and drive customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• 4-year degree, preferably in a science field.
• 4+ years working in a team environment and preferably in a customer service role.
• Competent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain communication with profile customers.
• Handle incoming requests, calls, and communication from profile customers.
• Coordinate daily field service and transportation jobs.
• Work closely with other SET departments and provide waste profiling, manifesting and management.
• Assist in qualifying incoming leads and directing to appropriate salesperson.
• Assist sales in minor quotes and provide disposal site pricing to the sales department.
