Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) to drive pursuit and delivery for our Environmental Services team in the Mountain Region.

You will lead client-facing strategy, grow the BC, manage BD plans, and guide project delivery with a focus on quality, safety, and sustainability. You will collaborate with regional leaders, supervise complex pursuits, and help shape our market position while delivering innovative, environmentally responsible design

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field; professional registration in related field; account management, business development and sales strategy experience in Environmental Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be client focused by exceeding client expectations and leading accounts for major clients.
• Achieve marketing and BD sales goals including cross-selling initiatives.
• Develop client relationship strategies to drive satisfaction and growth.
• Lead capture planning and marketing campaigns for larger opportunities.
• Lead growth of the BC by managing BD, identifying pursuits and developing sales strategy.
• Increase visibility of the Stantec brand through client engagements and knowledge sharing.
