Job summary

The BCPL will oversee business development, risk and contract reviews, and ensure quality and sustainability in project execution while guiding teams to deliver innovative environmental design solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10 years’ related work, leadership, financial management, business development and consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations through strong account management and leading major client accounts.
• Lead growth of the Business Centers through marketing, business development, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management, and compliance with Stantec’s frameworks.
• Drive revenue growth and utilize strategic planning to expand client base across geographies.
