Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus a minimum of 10 years of related work experience.
• Professional registration in related field preferred.
• Account management, business development, and sales strategy experience in Environmental Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be client-focused by exceeding client expectations and leading key accounts.
• Lead business development through capture planning, marketing campaigns, and cross-selling initiatives.
• Manage the opportunity pipeline to maintain a healthy backlog and drive revenue growth.
• Oversee project delivery and risk management on major pursuits with attention to contracts and fees.
• Foster innovation, maintain quality standards, and ensure ISO-integrated management system compliance.
