Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) to lead pursuit and delivery for major clients, drive top-line growth, and shape the market position across the Environmental Services Mountain Region.

The BCPL will oversee BD, client relationships, and project execution with emphasis on innovation and sustainability. The role involves leading teams, managing risk, and collaborating across geographies to maintain a healthy project backlog while upholding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years' leadership, financial management, business development, and consulting experience.
Professional registration in related field. Account management, business development, and sales strategy experience in Environmental Services preferred.

Responsibilities

Exceed client expectations through strong account management and leading major client accounts.
Lead capture planning, marketing campaigns, and growth of the BC via BD; develop sales strategy and cross-selling.
Lead delivery of significant BC project pursuits and participate in major projects as needed.
Foster innovative, sustainable design and ensure quality management and ISO-compliant practices.
Support annual BC budget, targets for revenue, gross margin, SG&A, and operating income.
Promote safety culture and monitor HSSE training and compliance.
