Stantec seeks a Southern California Environmental Services Business Center Practice Leader to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and oversee major environmental projects.

The BCPL will lead market strategy, align pursuits with opportunities, and mentor teams while collaborating with Environmental Services and Stantec’s other lines to deliver integrated solutions and robust project performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, geology, natural resources, or related field.
• Ten years of consulting, project delivery, leadership, financial management, business development, and account management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Grow top-line revenue and market position for the Southern California Environmental Services Business Center.
• Develop client relationships, pursue key accounts, and manage major growth opportunities.
• Lead development and refresh of the BC Growth Strategy, including markets, clients, and investments.
• Oversee delivery of significant pursuits and projects with a focus on quality, safety, and value for clients.
