Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Southern California Environmental Services Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) to drive growth, client relationships, and high-performing project delivery in the US West region. This leadership role focuses on translating market opportunities into revenue and delivering integrated environmental solutions across geographies.

The BCPL partners with regional leaders, drives strategy, and leads pursuit execution while ensuring operational excellence and a strong safety

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, planning, geology, natural resources, or a related field.
Professional registration, certification, or licensure in a related discipline is preferred.
Demonstrated success growing client relationships, leading strategic pursuits, exercising commercial judgment, and developing high-performing teams is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development and annual refresh of the BC Growth Strategy and pursuit plans.
Shape the pursuit lifecycle from market positioning to proposal strategy and interview preparation.
Identify priority pursuits and align sales strategies with market opportunities to expand client relationships.
Partner across Environmental Services and Stantec’s Business Lines to develop integrated solutions and share resources.
Oversee project delivery, quality control, and risk management to ensure value and margin.
