Job summary

Stantec’s Environmental Services US West seeks a Southern California and Hawaii BCPL to lead growth, pursue major opportunities, and deliver excellent work for clients. You will be the seller/doer, accountable for top-line revenue, and will coordinate with operations leaders, sector leaders, and account teams to expand our market position across infrastructure, water, manufacturing, and energy sectors.

Based in Irvine with exposure to Paramount, you will mentor teams, ensure safety and quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 15 years of related work, leadership, financial management, business development and consulting experience.
• Experience in account management, client relationships and sales strategy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives client relationship strategy and client satisfaction.
• Lead growth of the BC with business development and pursuit strategies.
• Manage key accounts and expand client base with cross-selling initiatives.
• Oversee project delivery, risk management, and quality assurance across major pursuits.
• Collaborate with BC Leaders to drive cross-geography opportunities and best practices.
• Ensure safety, ethics, and a high-performance culture across the BC.
