Stantec is seeking a Southern California Environmental Services Business Center Practice Leader (BCPL) to drive growth, client development, and high-performing project delivery.

The BCPL translates market opportunities into value, leads cross-functional teams, and partners with regional leaders to advance integrated environmental solutions across geographies. A 10+ year track record in consulting, leadership, and business development is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of consulting, project delivery, leadership, and business development experience.
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Strong commercial judgment, budgeting, and risk management experience.
• Professional registration or licensure in a related discipline preferred.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen client relationships and expand key accounts to drive growth.
• Lead development of the BC Growth Strategy and market priorities.
• Shape pursuit lifecycle from market positioning to proposal strategy.
• Oversee delivery, quality, and risk management for major opportunities.
• Foster innovation, sustainable design, and knowledge sharing.
• Provide people leadership and talent development across the team.
