Job summary

Stantec is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator for the Environmental Services practice. The role offers flexible work locations (including working from home) with a strong emphasis on administration, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree or higher and at least one year of related experience, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and ArcGIS. The position supports a dynamic team and requires meeting deadlines with quality results.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and respond to client work requests.
• Communicate with staff, managers, clients, subconsultants, and stakeholders.
• Review project submissions for completeness, accuracy, and process compliance.
• Update databases and spreadsheets to track status and metrics.
• Follow guidance documents to ensure accurate and consistent client information.
• Review documents to meet client requirements.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Communicate with team leads to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality control and assurance.
