Job summary

Restoration Management Company, based in Northern California with Hayward operations, seeks an experienced project manager. You will oversee jobs from start to finish, coordinate crews, and ensure safety and compliance while maintaining timely invoicing and client communications.

Responsibilities include scheduling, bidding with Account Executives, site visits, and promoting company services to win new business. A strong leader with construction restoration experience is ideal.

Qualifications

• Minimum valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Knowledge of basic safety standards and practices.
• Proven experience in project management and using project management methodologies.
• Experience leading crews and effective communication at all levels; strong leadership.
• Industry certification desirable (Asbestos Certification a plus).
• Completion or in progress of IICRC Training.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Office; Xactimate is a plus.
• Experience in marketing services to generate new or existing business.
• Understanding basics of cost containment and risk management.
• OSHA 10 certification desirable.
• Judgement under pressure; effective communications, coaching and training.

Responsibilities

• Manages jobs from start to finish, identifying resources and deadlines.
• Adjusts work schedules and reassigns personnel as needed.
• Obtains samples for asbestos/mold/lead testing where required.
• Prepares work orders for scheduling and disseminates them to responsible parties.
• Conducts inspections and recommends further work to adjusters or clients.
• Gathers and reviews documents to ensure timely invoicing and payment.
• Maintains frequent communication with adjusters, customers, co-workers, and contractors.
• Markets company services to adjusters and potential clients.
• Collaborates with Account Executives in preparing bids for customers.
• Drives to loss sites with Account Executives to assess damages.
• Supports safe workplace policies and adherence.
