Job summary

First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead restoration projects, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency at every turn. You will guide teams, oversee documentation, and keep communication proactive with stakeholders.

You will manage daily operations, monitor margins and costs, and ensure projects stay on budget. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in restoration/construction with a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the restoration/construction industry or equivalent
• Experience in water, flood, fire, smoke, mold, and asbestos remediation
• Safety courses as required for the position

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Manage teams, daily operations, and project schedules
• Oversee budgets, financial reporting, and job profitability
• Coordinate subcontractors, bids, and permitting
• Handle contracts, change orders, and policy compliance
• Support crisis management and on-call responses
• Ability to respond after hours and on weekends
