Arcadis is seeking an experienced Project Environmental Engineer to join our expanding Department of Energy design team. This role can sit anywhere within the continental U.S.

You will work alongside scientists, engineers, project managers, and technical experts on environmental assessment, remediation and deactivation and decommissioning projects. Responsibilities include leading remedial system design with detailed drawings, specs, and calculations; coordinating field activities, startups, and

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil Engineering or closely related field
• Minimum 7 years of experience
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training and appropriate annual refresher certifications
• Engineer-In-Training certification or Professional Engineering license
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit

Mansioni

• Lead remedial system design and assessments—develop detailed design drawings (process-mechanical, PFDs, and P&IDs), specs, and design calculations.
• Coordinate field activities including startup of treatment systems and contractor supervision.
• Mentor junior staff and manage project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare startup plans and SOPs under senior guidance.
