Job summary

Arcadis seeks a Project Environmental Engineer to join the expanding Department of Energy design team. The role involves leading remedial system design, coordinating field activities, and mentoring junior staff across environmental assessment and deactivation projects.

Ideal candidates have a BS in engineering and at least 7 years of experience, with AutoCAD or Revit proficiency and PE/IN-Training preferred. Up to 25% travel and on-site work in the US are expected.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical or Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: OSHA HAZWOPER training and PE/Engineer-In-Training.

Responsibilities

• Lead remedial system design and assessments with project managers and senior staff.
• Prepare design drawings, specifications and calculations for remediation projects.
• Coordinate field activities, startups, and oversight during construction.
