• Approximately six years of experience with environmental permitting, reporting, and recordkeeping.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and technical writing ability.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and MS Office applications; familiarity with databases and online programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and interpret regulations, specifications, and permit requirements for projects.
• Air permitting (major/minor sources; permit modifications).
• Sound/Noise monitoring and modeling; SPCC planning; E&S compliance on construction projects.
