Blew & Associates is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and PCA work as a subcontractor across the United States. You will conduct onsite inspections and prepare professional reports per ASTM standards, joining a reputable national firm on a flexible, project-based basis.

This role suits experienced assessors seeking diverse projects with potential for future full-time opportunities, competitive pay, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Perform onsite property inspections (walk).
• Prepare professional reports following ASTM and industry standards.
• Support ongoing projects as part of a national subconsultant network.
