Job summary

Blew & Associates, P.A. seeks experienced Field Professionals to perform Phase I ESA and PCA inspections across the United States. You will conduct onsite walkthroughs and prepare professional reports per ASTM standards, in a subcontractor role with flexible hours and collaboration with a national firm.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to job sites for field inspections.
• Minimum 2 years of Phase I ESA and/or PCA experience.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.
• Familiarity with ASTM ESA or PCA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite property inspections (walks) and collect data for reports.
• Prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM standards.
• Coordinate with Subconsultant Network and full-time team on projects.
• Maintain flexibility with project-based workload and travel requirements.
