Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Division Manager for the Environmental Division in Hayward, CA. You will lead a team, maximize revenue, and guide direct reports while managing multiple claims/jobs on-site at the branch location.

Core responsibilities include directing divisional operations, reducing DSO, maintaining client relations, and driving financial success. This role emphasizes safety, compliance, and leadership development in a 24/7 restoration environment.

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge in asbestos, contents processing, lead abatement, or mold remediation.
• Proven management experience in commercial and residential industry.
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
• Ability to meet target and production goals.
• Results driven and customer relations focus.
• Leadership skills with ability to motivate and increase morale.
• Basic knowledge of human resource management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for urgent issues.
• Ensure all segments of divisional operations support timely billing and DSO reduction.
• Promote inter-office communication via regular staff meetings providing direction for overall division success.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with adjusters, customers, co-workers, and contractors.
• Provide direction, leadership and coaching to team members on current jobs and priorities.
• Continuously promote the company’s services to adjusters and/or potential clients.
• Collaborate and support Sales efforts in meeting corporate revenue objectives.
• Drive Division level financial success in revenue, profit, billing, and DSO.
• Conduct regular staff meetings or 1:1s to ensure positive flow of communication.
• Ensure performance reviews for their Division are processed on-time.
• Hire, manage, and maintain a diverse workforce.
• Promote employee growth and development through training.
• Support the Company’s safe workplace policies and practices and promote adherence.
