• Input and print new orders; manage cancellations, additions, date changes, transfers, and stop rentals.
• Communicate essential information to technical, sales, purchasing and delivery/shipping teams.
• Follow up with clients to obtain documents, confirmations, quotes or other information.
• Facilitate inter‑office transfer of equipment.
• Assist inventory and accounting in recording transactions accurately.
