Job summary

Pine Environmental Services is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative in Raleigh, NC to support customers with rental equipment inquiries and sales activities. You will help generate quotes, track orders, and assist the branch sales and marketing teams.

The role emphasizes strong communication, accuracy in processing orders, and collaboration across offices to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries for equipment rental, order status, and general questions.
• Develop and issue quotes for products and services.
• Assist branch sales and marketing via outbound calls and emails.
• Coordinate delivery and logistics, including scheduling and tracking orders.
• Update customer records and contracts in the database.
• Process billing and payments as needed.
• Support health and safety initiatives in the workplace.
