Job summary

Pine Environmental Services LLC is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to support customers with equipment rental inquiries, quotes, and order processing in our office. The role collaborates with sales and operations to ensure accurate orders and timely follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A stable office setting and opportunity for professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or higher.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience in environmental/safety or rental field.
• Familiar with office environment; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake of customer inquiries for equipment rental, order status, and general questions.
• Develop and issue quotes for products and services.
• Follow up on quotes and record outcomes in Pine’s database.
• Review customer orders to confirm equipment, accessories, quantities, prices, and special contract instructions.
• Assist in branch sales and marketing through outbound calls and emails.
• Communicate order confirmations and follow up after delivery.
• Update Pine’s database with call-off details.
