Job summary

Republic Services is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator in Environmental Solutions to assist the sales team with pricing, contracts, CRM tasks, and customer communications throughout the sales lifecycle.

The role emphasizes collaboration with operations to align capabilities and scheduling, ensuring consistent documentation and streamlined communication across opportunities, with a focus on regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of the sales process.
• Experience with CRM management and structure.
• Strong relationship building experience and abilities.
• Strong technical expertise with an extensive understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the ability to produce high quality, error free work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook required.

Responsibilities

• Work with assigned Sales Executives to understand prospect identification and acquisition strategies and assist with administrative workflows, including analyzing and monitoring information related to opportunities with CRM platform.
• Collaborate with the Sales team in tracking strategic follow-up action items during the sales process and support the proposals team as needed.
• Assist Revenue Expansion at existing accounts by understanding current accounts and growth strategies to support.
• Build and maintain cross-functional relationships to enhance sales support effectiveness.
• Create and maintain a project plan to ensure accurate and timely support.
• Review and respond to customer requests to ensure excellent service and experience.
