Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology or similar.
• 10+ years' experience in engineering consulting services in either the public or private sector.
• Prior experience in client-facing project management, including strategy, execution, scope of work and proposal development.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Business Development: leverage connections to uncover opportunities and expand market reach.
• Lead Proposals and Presentations: develop and deliver proposals addressing client needs.
• Foster Long-Term Relationships: build and maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Client Advocacy: serve as the primary contact and ensure exceptional service.
• Strategic Selling: implement strategies to address risks and stakeholder issues.
• Collaborate for Success: work with project managers and clients through project lifecycle.
