This role focuses on managing client relationships, supporting environmental and engineering challenges, and driving new business across sites from Minneapolis, Duluth or Green Bay with flexible work arrangements.

You will leverage existing connections to build opportunities, stay ahead of regulations, lead proposals, and collaborate with project managers

Qualifications

• Experience leading client partnerships in environmental/engineering consulting.
• Ability to drive new business and manage strategic opportunities.
• Strong proposal development and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales and Business Development: leverage connections to uncover new opportunities and close deals.
• Lead Proposals and Presentations: develop and deliver compelling proposals addressing client needs.
• Foster Long-Term Relationships: build loyalty and ensure client satisfaction.
