Foth, a 100% employee-owned science and engineering consulting firm, is seeking a team-focused Project Manager to contribute to our Midwest operations. The role supports private-sector environmental projects, collaborates with diverse teams, and requires up to 20% travel.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in engineering or science and have at least five years of project management experience on complex multidisciplinary projects, with preference for mining-related work and professional PM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or applicable technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Professional PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects for private-sector clients in mining and natural resource development.
• Manage project planning, execution, and delivery with focus on budget, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Lead federal, state, and local permitting efforts.
• Build and guide high-performing project teams and mentor staff.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
• Support proposals and cultivate long-term client relationships.
